  2. Are there any banks nearby?
    • Yes. There’s coverage of financial institutions and agents. You can conviniently transact with your VISA ATM cards.
  3. Do you have a policy on filming & photoshoot?
    • Mutomo Highway Cottages is surrounded by beautiful scenery. Please ask for permission from management prior.
  1. Is there free Wi-Fi accessible within the Hotel?
    • Our hotel offers free and fast Wi-Fi to guests in all it’s rooms.
  2. Is there a restaurant on location?
    • We have our restaurant that prepares a wide variety of delicious meals for all clients; residents and non-residents.
  3. Do your rooms include a workspace?
    • Our rooms are generous to include a workspace area that you can quickly convert to a small office.
  4. Do you offer parking slot for hotel guests?
    • We offer a large and secure outdoor parking space for all our clients.
  5. What is included in our rooms?
    • Our rooms come equiped with a working desk, a comfortable seat, TV, large airy balconies, and hot water in the bathrooms.
  6. Are there rooms with wheelchair access?/Do you offer accommodation for the physically challenged?
    • We have friendly rooms, accessible by the physically challenged. Kindly let us know in advance when making your bookings.
  7. Can I smoke in the establishment?
    • Smoking is allowed but at only smoking designated ares. Inquire from any of our staff while within the premise.
  8. Are extra beds available?
    • Extra beds are available upon request.
  9. Do I have privacy in my room?
    • We guarantee you utmost confidentiality and privacy while within our premise.
  10. Is an iron and an ironing board available in the rooms?
    • Yes. Contact the recception when in need.
  11. Does my room have a safe deposit box?
    • We have a safe, secure box at the reception. Contact the reception when you have valuables that require safekeeping.
  12. Will I be safe during my stay?
    • The management has taken all measures to ensure that security is tight and surveillance is hawk eyed.
  13. Can I request for In-room dining?
    • Yes, our room service is always ready to take your order.
  14. Is there a gym facility or fitness centre?
    • Our state of the art gymnastics is currently under construction.
  15. What different room types does the hotel have?
    • We have single, standard and double rooms available for you to choose from.
  16. Does the hotel have a playground for kids?
    • We have a secure, dedicated play area for kids as well as play items such as bouncing castles.

  2. Can I request an additional bed for a third person in a double occupancy room? How much will it cost?
    • Yes, you may at half price of the occupied room.
  3. Do kids stay free?
    • We love children and as such, kids under 3 years stay free of charge.
  4. What are your cancellation policies?
    • Cancellations should be communicated two days in advance.
  5. What payment methods are accepted?
    • We accept cash, mobile money, cheque, bank transfers and VISA card payments.
  6. Can I book on someone else’s behalf?
    • Third party bookings are allowed. Provide the details at the reception at time of booking.
  7. Are guests allowed in the hotel room?
    • Let the reception know when you’re expecting visitors to avoid inconviniences.
  8. Is it possible to choose my room ?
    • You can choose your favourite room subject to availability.

  1. At what time can I check into my room and what is the checkout time?
    • Checkin time is anytime you prefer, checkout time is 9:30 a.m.
  2. Can I keep my room after the standard check out time?
    • Yes, you may, with prior communication and at a cost subject to the room availability.
  3. Is breakfast included in our stay? If so, at what time is it served?
    • Breakfast is part of your package and is served between 6:00 a.m to 9:30 a.m. Contact room service for menu details.
  4. Can I change my room type upon check-in?
    • Room change is acceptable subject to availability.
  5. Will a security deposit be required upon check-in?
    • Security deposits are only required for long stays. Contact the reception at check-in time for further details.
  6. Can I pay for just half a day since I’m only staying half a day?
    • We charge a minimum of a day hence this will be charged as a full day.

    • We support businesses with competitive rates. Contact us to enjoy these offers.
  2. Do you have facilities to host events?
    • We pride ourselves with large capacity meeting halls, and expansive outdoor space for all your social or business events. 
  3. Do you offer caterings for corporate or social events?
    • Our restaurant is on standby to cater for all your meal plans, whether you’re alone or in a group, talk to us.
  4. Do you accept corporate events and accommodations?
    • We have enough capacity to host corporates, in accomodation, meetings and outdoor activities.
  1. How deep is the water in the pool?
    • Our magnificent swimming pool is 6 feet at deep end and 4 feet at shallow end.
  2. When does the swimming pool open?
    • The swimming pool is open from 8:00 a.m.
  3. What are the swimming rates for guests and non-guests.
    • Kids are charged 200 while adults are charged 300. The swimming pool remains free for residents.
  4. Do you offer swimming lessons, and at how much?
    • Swimming lessons are offered and charged one on one based on user experience, and sessions required. Contact us for more.
